01 — Overview
Crado is a clause-level compliance intelligence platform for hardware manufacturers and engineering teams. These Terms govern your access to and use of Crado (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Crado is operated by BloomX Analytica Limited.
02 — Early access and beta
Crado is currently in early access (beta). You acknowledge that the Service is under active development, that features may change, be added, or be removed at any time, and that the Service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or downtime. No service levels, uptime guarantees, or support commitments are provided during beta.
03 — Nature of output
Crado provides automated and AI-assisted compliance analysis. Outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or certification advice. Final compliance validation remains your responsibility, and you should verify outputs with qualified compliance or legal professionals before making regulatory decisions.
04 — User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and lawful data, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service, not to reverse engineer the platform, and to ensure you hold the rights necessary for any data or documents you upload.
05 — Data usage
By using Crado, you grant us permission to process the documents and specifications you upload, your account and company information, and usage and interaction data, solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
06 — Intellectual property
All platform content, models, and underlying systems remain the property of BloomX Analytica Limited. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload.
07 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crado is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee regulatory approval or compliance outcomes, and you assume full responsibility for decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
08 — Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if system abuse is detected, or where required for security or legal reasons.
09 — Changes
These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes take effect on notice, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
